Delete your Oravio account

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)

1. Open Oravio and sign in.
2. Tap the Profile tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Read the warning and tap Continue, then Delete forever to confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us from the address on your Oravio account with the subject line "Delete my account". We will verify the request and delete the account within 7 days, and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

• Your login credentials and profile (name, email address, avatar).
• Your membership in every care circle, and any pending invitations you sent or received.
• Any care circle where you were the only member, including all of its medications, appointments, vitals, observations, care log entries, notes, documents, emergency information, and messages.
• Your subscription link to Oravio Pro. Billing itself is managed by Apple or Google; cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings so you are not charged again.

What is kept, and for how long

• Shared circle data. If you were part of a care circle with other members, the records about the care recipient (medications, appointments, notes, and so on) belong to that circle and stay available to the remaining members. Your name is removed from the member list. Ask the circle admin if you want specific entries you added to be removed.
• Backups. Deleted data is removed from routine database backups within 30 days.
• Support email. If you emailed us, that correspondence is kept for up to 12 months for record-keeping, then deleted.
