Oravio ("we", "our") is operated by Midpoint Software Group. This policy explains what information the Oravio app collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

Account information — your name and email address, used to create and secure your account.
Health information you enter — medications, dosages, appointments, providers, and notes you add. This data belongs to you and is stored securely to provide the app's features.
Medication label photos — when you use the scan feature, your photo is processed transiently to read the label and is never stored.

How we use information

Your information is used solely to provide Oravio's features: tracking medications, sending refill alerts, and organizing your care. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Data storage & security

Data is stored with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to your authenticated account only.

Data deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app, or by contacting us.
